Pillar 3 of 6

Resilience

Recovering without pretending the hit did not land.

What it means

Resilience is not denial or toughness theater. It is honest about the damage and still moves forward — repairing, adjusting, and refusing to make a setback permanent.

A real-life example

A plan fails publicly. Instead of hiding, you name what went wrong, keep the part that worked, and start the next attempt smaller.

Reflection question

What am I still carrying that I have never actually processed?

One action today

Name one setback out loud to someone you trust, then write the single next step.
