THE FOUNDING CHARTER
This is the standard of Concrete Nation. Builders and Captains accept it in full. It is a community standard, not a legal contract, and it does not replace the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
The standards
14 standards, no exceptions
Read these before you apply. If you cannot hold them, this is not the right room yet.
Standard 01
One Brick Every Day
The core behavior of the Nation is a single kept promise, laid daily. Not a perfect day. One brick.
Standard 02
Pressure is not identity
What you are carrying is real, and it is not who you are. We speak about pressure honestly without letting it become a permanent label.
Standard 03
Action over performance
We measure Kept Promises, not follower counts, highlight reels, or how good a post sounded.
Standard 04
Earned leadership
Captains and ranks are earned through consistency and service. Leadership is never sold, traded, or granted for money.
Standard 05
Confidentiality
What a Builder shares in a Crew, an Inspection, or a private reflection stays there unless that Builder gives explicit permission to share it.
Standard 06
Dignity and respect
Every Builder is treated as a whole person. No mockery, no contempt, no using someone's worst season against them.
Standard 07
Service
Progress that never reaches another person is incomplete. Every cohort contributes real help to real people.
Standard 08
Truthful progress
We do not inflate results, fake proof, invent testimonials, or claim partnerships and support that do not exist.
Standard 09
No harassment or discrimination
Harassment, threats, sexual misconduct, and discrimination of any kind end participation. Safety decisions are made by people, not automation.
Standard 10
No manipulation or financial exploitation
No pressure selling inside a Crew, no recruiting Builders into schemes, no borrowing from members, no using the Nation as a lead list.
Standard 11
No unauthorized sharing of stories or proof
Private stories, photos, documents, and Proof of Build files are never republished without separate, explicit, written consent.
Standard 12
Leaders are not professionals in your crisis
Captains and staff do not diagnose, practice therapy, or give legal, medical, or financial advice. They point to qualified help and stay in their lane.
Standard 13
Disputes and safety escalation
Concerns go to a Captain or to staff through the in-app safety report. Emergencies go to emergency services first, always.

What the Nation is and is not
Concrete Nation is a community and business ecosystem. It is not a sovereign government. Membership confers no legal citizenship, no governmental rights, and no immunity from any law.
