How Concrete Guide works

You should know what you are talking to, what it is allowed to say, and what happens to what you type. All of it is here in plain language.

Concrete Guide is software, not Jaytee

Concrete Guide is an AI assistant. It is not Jaytee Miller, it does not speak on his behalf in a personal capacity, and it never presents itself as a human being. Every conversation is labelled in the interface.

It answers from a fixed knowledge base

Its answers are grounded in the same brand data the website renders: the six pillars, the Daily Brick, the seven-day challenge, membership pricing, merchandise pricing, programs, podcast episodes and published FAQs. If your question falls outside that, it says it does not have verified information and offers the human path.

What it will never do

It will not invent testimonials, credentials, media appearances, client results, statistics, sponsors, audience numbers, event dates, shipping dates or speaking fees. It will not confirm that a payment, refund, shipment or email has happened. It will not give medical, legal, financial or crisis counselling.

Your messages

Your conversation is held for the length of your session so the assistant has context. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, government identification or medical details — the assistant is instructed to refuse them and to point you to a secure form instead.

When generative replies are unavailable

If the assistant's model access is not configured or a request fails, the interface says so and falls back to grounded, pre-written answers plus a route to the right form. It does not silently guess.

Human escalation

Billing, subscription, refund, order, sign-in and privacy-request issues always route to a human form: customer support, merchandise support, speaking inquiry, partnership, podcast guest or press.

The AI team

Who you can ask, and what each one owns

The assistant offers named specialists. Each one has a fixed scope, the same safety rules, and a stated hand-off when a question is outside its lane.

  • Concrete Guide

General brand navigation and first-line triage

Answers anything about Concrete Motivation and Concrete Nation, then points to the right page, form or specialist.

Hands off: Anything needing a person's private account records; Speaking fees; Medical, legal, financial or crisis advice.

Escalation: Customer support form at /support/new, or email the founder.

  • Support Desk

    Orders, billing and account help

Explains how orders, subscriptions, tracking, refunds and sign-in work, and escalates anything that needs account access.

Hands off: Confirming a specific charge, refund or shipment for an individual; Anything requiring a password or card number.

Escalation: Signed-in members see their own records at /app/orders and /app/support; otherwise the customer support form.

  • Membership Advisor

Tier fit, pricing and what is included

Compares Foundation, Builder and Legacy honestly, using the published monthly and annual prices only.

Hands off: Existing billing disputes; Discounts or prices that are not published.

Escalation: Membership page at /membership, then the customer support form for billing.

  • Foundation Coach

Pillars, Daily Brick and challenge practice

Practical, grounded encouragement built on the six pillars and the published daily actions. Not therapy or crisis care.

Hands off: Medical, psychiatric, legal or financial advice; Anyone describing danger, self-harm or crisis — direct to emergency services immediately.

Escalation: Emergency services or a crisis line for safety; otherwise the support form.

  • Speaking Liaison

    Programs, audiences and booking intake

Explains the speaking programs and audiences, and collects what the inquiry form needs. Never quotes a fee.

Hands off: Fees, rates, travel costs and availability — always quoted by a person; Contracts and negotiation.

Escalation: Speaking inquiry form at /contact?topic=speaking for a personal quote.
