No seat is a status purchase. The Founding 100 is a working cohort with real commitments.
They are not followers
The Founding 100 are the first Builders. They are not an audience for motivation content — they are the people who prove the culture works by doing the work in public with a Crew watching.
They set the standard
Whatever the first hundred normalize becomes the Nation's default. Show up weekly and weekly becomes normal. Recover honestly after a missed Brick and honest recovery becomes normal.
They build the traditions
Concrete Saturday, the Inspection format, the graduation, the language on the Passport — the first cohort shapes all of it, then hands it to everyone who comes after.
They prove it with evidence
Kept Promises, Bricks laid, Builds finished, people helped. Progress is recorded on a Concrete Passport, not claimed in a caption.
What you commit to
The commitments
- Complete the Foundation Assessment honestly.
- Choose one meaningful Build that actually matters to your life.
- Lay Daily Bricks — one brick every day.
- Participate in the inaugural 444 Challenge.
- Join a Crew and stay reachable to it.
- Attend weekly Inspection with your Captain.
- Contribute at least one act of service or help during the cohort.
- Give honest product and community feedback, including the parts we get wrong.

How a Concrete Saturday runs
The in-person gathering format for the cohort. Dates and venues are announced by email once confirmed.

Move
Group workout or community walk. Every fitness level finishes.
Block 2
Break bread
Breakfast and unhurried community connection.
Block 3
Founder message
A 20–30 minute message from Jaytee. Direct, not performative.
Block 4
Crew Inspection
Crews meet in person for the weekly Inspection.
Block 5
Workshop and networking
One practical skill block plus Exchange introductions.
Block 6
Service action
A real community service action completed before anyone leaves.
Block 7
Family close
A family-friendly closing block where the venue allows it.
