What we collect
Your name and email when you create an account, your membership tier, and the progress you choose to save. Support inquiries include whatever you write in the form.
Membership & billing
Memberships are monthly and cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps access until the end of the paid period.
Merchandise orders
Unworn merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at our cost.
Your data rights
Request a copy or deletion of your data through the contact form and we act within 30 days. We do not sell personal data.
Current build status
Member accounts, saved progress and order records are stored in our secure database, and payments run through Stripe with live checkout and webhook fulfillment. Automated transactional email and the YouTube data feed are still being finished; support is answered by email in the meantime. We do not calculate or collect sales tax.
