Privacy notice

Written to be read, not to protect us. If anything here is unclear, email and ask.

What we store

  • · Your email address and password (password is hashed and never visible to us).
  • · Your display name, if you set one.
  • · Saved challenge days, saved Daily Bricks and private reflections you write.
  • · Membership status, purchase requests and any real orders.
  • · Support tickets and messages you send us.
  • · Questions you ask Concrete Guide, so the owner can see what people need and improve answers.

What we do not do

  • · We do not store card numbers. Payment processing happens at Stripe.
  • · We do not send your name, email or account id to analytics.
  • · We do not sell or rent your data.
  • · We do not load analytics or cookies for it until you accept.

Who can see your records

Database row-level security scopes your progress, reflections, saved bricks, tickets and orders to your own account. The owner can see aggregated support demand and the content of support tickets you send, because that is how you get help.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time. Start at account deletion or email concretemotivation444@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your profile, progress, saved bricks and reflections.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is prepared but only loads with your consent and once a measurement id is configured. IP anonymisation is on. You can change your choice any time in your profile settings.
